General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between:

Stefan Johann Sitter – Sitter Technical Solutions
(hereinafter “Provider”)

and its clients.

2. Services

The Provider offers services in:

  • web development
  • web design
  • online marketing
  • IT and automation

The scope is defined in individual agreements.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed by:

  • written agreement
  • offer and acceptance
  • or email confirmation

4. Client Obligations

The client must:

  • provide all necessary information
  • deliver content on time
  • give timely feedback

Delays may affect project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 50% upfront
  • 50% upon completion

6. Acceptance

Work is deemed accepted if:

  • no objection is made within 7 days

Minor defects do not justify refusal.

7. Usage Rights

Usage rights transfer only after full payment.

8. Liability

The Provider is liable only for:

  • intent
  • gross negligence

Indirect damages are excluded where legally permitted.

9. Third Parties

Third-party services may be used.

Their terms apply separately.

10. Maintenance and Support

Only included if explicitly agreed.

11. Availability

No guarantee for uninterrupted availability.

12. Data Protection

Handled according to the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

Contracts remain valid until completion.

Ongoing services may be terminated with agreed notice.

14. Governing Law

Laws of Peru apply.

15. Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction: Huánuco, Peru.

16. Final Provisions

Invalid clauses do not affect the remaining provisions.
